IPAQ 4150 or Dell AXIM X30?

features virtually the same bar cpu speed
HP 4150 ( well reviewed everywhere)

Dell Axim X30, very new - reviewed well
625mhz over the hp's 400mhz
?271
Any recommendations as to which to choose?

The 4150 offers a very small and sexy design. The X30 is fairly compact but not nearly as small, nor is it as pretty. So if looks don't count but MHz does, get the X30.
