Which to choose???

Do I choose the older palm m515 or the palm tungsten E? I know the 515 will let me make daily appointments, will the E also do that or is it just weekly scheduling? I need to be able to make appointments on a daily basis. Hourly, half hourly and such. Can anyone answer this for me?

Thanks, Jenn

Re: Which to choose???

They both use the same Calendar application, called DateBook. DateBook allows scheduling of events down to the minute, plus making repeating appointments (every Thurs at 9, or every 3rd Weds, etc). You can view appointments in a varitey of views, including 1-day, whole week, whole month. There's also a raft of 3rd party applications that improve on some of the features by adding icons, views, etc. One of the most popular (disclaimer: I don't use it, haven't had the need for it) is DateBk 5, available on PalmGear.com:

We will publish an in-depth review of the Datebk 5 very soon.

Re: Which to choose???

Thanks for your feedback, do you think that one is better than the other? I am looking for something not too expensive, basically just to keep appointments. I know the E has more memory and I heard a better color screen, but I also heard that the E has had more problems, but I am PDA illiterate so I have no idea. Any more comments will help.

Thanks
Jenn

Re: Which to choose???

If it was me, I'd go with the Tungsten E because it's newer hardware and OS version.
