PDA with keyboard & USB port?

Hi, I've done a bit of research, but I'm having a hard time to find a PDA with what I'm looking for. I'm hoping somebody can point me in the right direction...

Basically I am looking for something portable (much more portable than my laptop) that I can use for taking notes in class so the keyboard should be comfortable (but I have small hands) as well as surfing the web. I'd prefer something without an integrated camera and I don't need that much storage becuase I will store everything on my laptop. I don't know if any of the PDAs out there use SD memory cards, but if I can't find something with a USB port, I would prefer something that can take SD cards.

My requirements
-landscape orientation
-keyboard

My preferences
-USB port
-wireless

Can anybody suggest anything?
Many thanks!

Re: PDA with keyboard & USB port?

The Tungsten T3 has landscape option -- don't know if you can use landscape display while using a keyboard, though. That would be good to know, as the T3 is the PDA I am most leaning toward buying currently.
