New PDA, which one to choose?

I've been using PDA's for years but haven't bought one in some time. First I had an old Palm, then most recently upgraded to a Sony Clie NX70 (a few years ago). Now the battery is dead so I'm in the market for a new one. I've been researching but am having trouble choosing. I'm not really interested in a phone. I'd prefer a PDA.

I primarily use if for business, including accessing medical databases on the PDA. I'd like it to have WiFi, bluetooth would be nice but not crucial. My Clie didn't have enough internal memory in the end so a decent internal memory is important. I'm familiar with Palm OS but am open to Windows if this would be better.

I saw the LifeDrive which seems to have all the things I'd like but I saw many negative reivews. Any thoughts about a good choice?

Thanks.

The Palm T|X is also worth a look. It has WiFi, a high res display and an SD card slot that should be handy for storing medical references. http://www.mobiletechreview.com/Palm-TX.htm .

Both the TX and the Lifedrive look like they would work well for me. Does anyone have any thoughts about one vs. the other? I've seen the TX in the store but have not been able to actually look at the Lifedrive.

The LifeDrive is discontinued and that's why you can't find it in stores. A few online retailers still have stock though.

In the Windows Mobile camp, the HP iPAQ 110 (QVGA 240 x 320 pixel display) and the iPAQ 210 (VGA display) are worth a look.
