How the heck do I do a "hard reset" on my Tungsten E
|

I see all these posts about doing a "hard" reset. I have a reset button on the back of my Tungsten E, but this is only for a "soft" reset.
How the heck do you do a "hard" reset?

The manual tells you how to do it. Hold down the power button and soft reset button simultanously until the Palm asks you if you want to erase all data.

Thanks. I bought my PDA refurbished and it didn't come with a manual. Working fine now though.
