Co Pilot vs Garmin XT

Which one is better of those two? Accuracy, fast response, and ease of use? Also, if I am correct, they both come with the card. I have some programs now in my card. Can I copy and paste to one of these GPS card, or do I have to reinstall all the programs again? Thank you.

Re: Co Pilot vs Garmin XT

Personally, I prefer CoPilot. The user interface is very logical and it's got large buttons that are easy to use in a car. The male voice is very natural and clear-- it''s easy to hear and understand in the car (even though he does sound a little like Agent Smith from The Matrix ). Both products ship on a microSD card and with CoPilot you can copy the contents of the card to a larger card if you wish (which I did so I could have all my movies, music, apps and GPS software on a single card). Garmin doesn't allow this (some sort of copy protection I imagine) . Thus you might not be able to put your programs on their card either.

Re: Co Pilot vs Garmin XT

Can CoPilot or Garmin utilize the built in GPS in the phone? On the other word, should I worry about compatibility issue when buying one of these products? I look at the compatibility on CoPilot's website, and I am surprised that it says compatible for the phone that doesn't have a built in GPS. Perhaps a typo?

Both products work with phones that have a GPS as well as phones that don't (you'd use an external Bluetooth GPS for those phones that don't have one built-in).
