Forgot Cellphone password...help!

I've forgotten the password to my Sharper Image 101tsi PDA. I've tried calling Sharper Image but they're out of business. Can someone out there in internet land help?

Welcome to MTR, bones.
Sorry to hear about your PDA difficulties. As far as I know, without the password you are stuck doing a hard reset. Unfortunately, this will erase everything and restore it to factory settings, which I realize may be inconvenient - but protecting the data is the point of having a password in the first place.
I can't find any info about how to hard reset that particular model, but instructions for a variety of models can be found here.
