Transferring pda programs to new Pda

I have a Ipaq RX3715 it just died so I am buying a used RX3715 from eBay. Will I be able to use the restore feature to setup the new Ipaq with the old programs that were one my original pda. I will not need them on the original one since it no longer works. Or do I need to setup a new partnership? or do I have to repurchase all the programs again. Ie: ewallet, Spd diary, etc.

You should be able to re-install or restore your programs from a backup (assuming you made a backup).
