QWERTZ instead of QWERTY

I bought my BB Bold a couple of days ago. Well I have noticed that the keyboard is not QWERTY but it is QWERTZ (letters Y and Z are switched). I checked the BB website and found the BOLD to be QWERTY. I haven't called the shop where I got the unit to ask why. Anyways, is this normal or I got the bogus BBB?

A QWERTZ keyboard is used in Germany. It sounds like yours might have been made for that region.

i tried to search in BB site and I found that there is a model made with QWERTZ to support other languages..thanks anyways...
