iPhone Utility: Backup Disabler

Since the release of iPhone OS 2.0, the Internet has seen numerous complaints about the backup phase of the sync process with iTunes taking much longer than it took when using iPhone OS 1.x. If this has been a problem for you, a new free utility from TwelvePin for Mac OS X may be the answer.

Backup Disabler allows Mac users to enable or disable the backup phase of iTunes syncing at any time. This means you can enable backing up often enough to protect most of your data (say, once a day or once a week) while also syncing frequently without having to wait through the entire backup process during every sync.
