Microsoft Offers Office Ultimate 07 at $59.95 to Black and Hispanic Students

Today Microsoft kicks off its ultimate deal campaign with the Ultimate Steal Promotion that is targeting 12 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) and Hispanic student organizations at colleges and universities in the U.S. The campaign was created to offer students attending these institutions opportunities to purchase the Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 Suite at a much discounted price, $59.95 (U.S.). Office Ultimate 2007 helps students achieve more in school by providing them with the tools to better organize assignments, create more dynamic presentations and manage projects so they can do more in less time, all while gaining technology skills that will allow them to compete in the work force after graduating. Microsoft is also demonstrating its commitment to be the industry leader in bringing technology programs and services to minorities and women through its Ultimate Steal Affiliate Program, where students will be able to earn money to help support their student clubs and organizations. This program provides student organizations with a unique URL that allows students to refer other students who attend their school to take part in this great offer. For each product downloaded from their dedicated URL, Microsoft will provide the student organization with one dollar from the sales. The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and the Society of Hispanic Professionals in Engineering (SHPE) Inc. have partnered with Microsoft to allow their student members to take advantage of this special deal.
