After announcing the Marketplace for Windows Mobile in February and the new themes this week, Microsoft gave more details on OS version for the content and services. Here are the details:

The new themes announced this week will only be available for Windows Mobile Pro edition phones (touch screen phones).

Marketplace app store will be available for both Windows Mobile Pro (touch screen) and Standard (non-touch screen) phones running the upcoming Windows Mobile 6.5. As it stands currently it won't be available to the Windows Mobile 6.1 devices.
