Barnes & Noble releases iPad app for eBook reading

We've always enjoying being able to read our Barnes and Noble eBooks on both the nook and iPhone and now it's available for the iPad too. Joining iBooks and the Kindle app, the reader has a good selection of features including 8 fonts in 5 point sizes, the ability to download sample books and of course you can download and read eBooks, magazines and newspapers you've previously purchased with Barnes and Noble.

You can also add notes, highlights and bookmarks and look up words using the built-in dictionary. Very nice! And the LendMe feature works with the iPad as well.

You can learn more at www.bn.com/ipad

and download the free reader from the iTunes store here: http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=373582546&mt=8 .
