Alltel Wireless today releaesd the LG Axis entry-level Android smartphone. The LG Axis runs on the Android 2.1 with Google apps and access to the Android Market, a 3.2 megapixel camera with video recording and 4x zoom, built-in WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. The LG Axis works on Alltel's 3G network as well as WiFi hotspots.

LG Axis is available at Alltel Wireless for only $89.99 after a $50 mail in rebate and a two year service agreement.
