Samsung Galaxy Note Gets Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Update

Beginning May 3, ATT customers with a Samsung Galaxy Note will be able to download the Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) update for their smartphones. Here's more info:

Jelly Bean makes your smartphone easier to use through several enhancements, including changes to the notification display that groups updates from the same application together, and allows you to expand or collapse notifications. You will also be able to view the full text of an SMS message and the full photo of a MMS in the notification window.

The Jelly Bean update offers a premium package of new features including Popup Note, which allows users to instantly and conveniently write down directions, phone numbers, and other information while on a call. Popup Video and Browser allow users to watch video or browse the web while performing other tasks. Additionally, Jelly Bean gives customers access to Google Now, which provides customizable updates on information such as weather, traffic, and sports scores.

You can update the software by visiting from their PC.
