We're big fans of Resco's software, and their File Explorer is the first thing we put on our Windows Mobile Pocket PCs and smartphones. Explorer is a powerful file manager that allows you to view hidden files (something the built-in explorer doesn't do), and it has integrated FTP and a registry editor.
