Is there a PDA suited in speed, memory and battery life to play feature length movies? I want to purchase a device which lets me watch reasonable quality full length movies, and mp3 support, with the features of a PDA. I have looked at non PDA alternatives such as the Archos AV300 series, but this would comprimise my needs in both battery life and functionality. Am I searching for a non-existant product? Should I wait for a Flipstart PC or PMC with a hard drive? Help needed!

Depending on the screen brightness you've got the unit set to, most PDAs should last the two hours it takes to play a movie. Look for a higher end device with decent processing power to play movies smoothly (400 MHz XScale for Pocket PC, 200 MHz or better processor on Palm).

Thanks I've got my eye on a high end Sony Clie - either the NX80V or the UX50. I suppose battery life will always be an issue; then again, glaring at a PDA screen for longer than two hours cant do any good anyway!
