Unable to tap the screen for ipaq4150

I've just brought the iPAQ4150 after input all the
data, when I on the it, it couldn't tap by the pen,
but i can use other function say iTask Button or
Inbox button, after few minute I press here & there,
the pen are able to tap the screen.
Pls help...thanks..

Best advice...

Go to Settings..System===> Screen
Get it aligned

If the problem persist get yr 4150 changed....
during the warranty period...

No such problem so far....
