Best PDA UNDER $200

I am looking for a PDA with a MP3 player, Microsoft Word,Powerpoint, and Excel, Extra Memory capabilities and the ability to view photos, and watch video on a color screen.

WHAT is the BEST PDA with these features?

So far i think the Tungsten E is the best. If you know of any similair to it tell me. PLEASE HELP ME

There aren't many PDAs that are under $200, and the Tungsten E is a good choice.
