i was amazed by the sony th55's ability and flixibility to add pictures and freenotes but it has a weak processor. however, the Dell Axim runs a 600 mHz processor...is there a certain program for the dell to have the ability to run like the sony? and which pda would be better? i really like the sony but it lacks power...

Palm OS PDAs don't require nearly as much processing power as do Pocket PCs. The operating system and applications are much more streamlined and less demanding. So don't worry about the TH55's processor, the unit is plenty fast.
There really is no equivalent app to the new software Sony's added to the TH55.
