Hi,
Anyone have experience with which Stowaway folding keyboard is compatible with the TH55?
At the Sony site, the Sony PEGAKB100 is listed as compatable with the PEG-NR70, PEG-NR70V, PEG-NX60, PEG-NX70V, PEG-NX73V, PEG-NX80V, PEG-SJ20, PEG-SJ22, PEG-SJ30, PEG-SJ33, PEG-SL10, PEG-T415, PEG-T615C, PEG-T665C, PEG-TG50, PEG-TH55 , PEG-TJ25, PEG-TJ27, PEG-TJ35, PEG-TJ37.
The Fellowes site is less specific and just mentions that model #90186 is "compatible with all Sony Clie NR, NZ, SL, SJ and T series handheld computers". Am I safe in assuming that all, say NR series PDAs, share the same connector?
The Sony keyboard lists at $149 Canadian. The Fellowes is a less expensive alternative. Any advice on not getting the 90186?
Some follow-up: I received the following from Fellowes Tech Support. Are there separate drivers for each model of PDA? Isn't it the same PRC file for Palm OS based units? Confused. Anyone using a keyboard on a TH55? -Thanks.
Thank you for your interest in Fellowes products. The Stowaway XT keyboard
(#90188) is Compatible with the following Sony Cli? models: NR70, NR70V,
NX60, NX70, SL10, SJ22, SJ33, SJ35, T400, T415, T425, T600, T610, T625, TJ35
and TG50 models. At this time we have no drivers that allow the keyboard to
function on the TH55. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Another update,
I received a definitive answer from Think Outside, makers of Stowaway keyboards:

So seems for the TH55 the options for full sized keyboard are a Sony KB100 keyboard ($149CDN) or an IR keyboards ($99CDN). Or a BT keyboard if across the pond.
