I would like a PDA with a great screen. The choice was therefore a Sony TH55 or the T3. I prefer the TH55 but I am concerned about buying a Sony when they are 'withdrawing' from the PDA market in US & Europe. Should I be ? Will the price on Clie's be dropping ?

I don't think you have to worry about Sony. They stated they're committed to supporting current models, and by law, the have to 
So far, prices aren't dropping and I'm not sure they will for several months. In fact, ebay prices for some models such as the UX are actually rising since folks worry they won't be able to get one.

Currently there is no SD WiFi card that works with the T3. If your daughter gets MissingSync from www.markspace.com she'll be able to sync and share files easily using the Clie and her Mac.
