Hi,
I am planning to buy an x30i with 624 Mhz, wlan and bluetooth. Is it true that the battery life is worse than the battery life of the x3i? I plan using it for gps-navigation with a bluetooth gps receiver. The x3i can do this for more than 5 hours (continous bt-usage). Is this possible with a x30i?
Thank you, Darchethiel.

Perhaps I should ask differently: How long does the X30 (624 Mhz) last when Bluetooth and all Power-Saving Options are used? Is it possible to slow-down the processor to gain a longer battery life?

You have 3 options for processor speed in the standard Power control panel:
Maximum Performance - runs processor at full rated speed.
PowerSave - My X30 Mid runs at 208 MHz in this setting as opposed to it's rated 312.
Auto - Supposedly changes speed as needed, running in PowerSave speed most of the time, but boosting to rated speed as required.
My battery life has been pretty good, no I haven't tested it to see. I did get a Mugen extended battery (the 1100 mAh) since I travel a lot. It fits in the Rhino case, though it's a little tight.
