Ooops.. meant to post this in the Dell Forum. Sorry.
Hi,
I am looking to order the 624Mhz X30. I will need to be able to charge it from two locations and would prefer not to carry around extra stuff. I checked what it comes with and the site lists:
AC Adapter
Charger Adapter
USB Cradle
Does this mean I need to get a second AC adapter? I checked on their site and it is $20, so I would prefer not to order it if I dont need it. I downloaded the manual and that shows that the cradle needs to be plugged in using the adapter. I presume the "charging adapter" is the same way?
Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Artuk

That is correct. The charging adapter is just a little converter to plug the AC adapter directly into the Axim without a cradle. At the very least, you'll need to get an extra AC adapter to plug the charging adapter into if you don't want to lug extra stuff around.

Ok, thanks!

Edit: I ended up buying the Belkin travel kit from Amazon for $27. That will let me do both the car as well as give me another power out. The thing is pretty small and should fit in my camera bag which goes everywhere with me anyway. Thanks again for the help!
