are there any pdas out there that have Irda, bluetooth and WiFi that run pocket pc? if not, i know it is possible to get WiFi in a CF card, is it possible to get IrDA in the same form?

All PDAs have IR, fortunately that's been a standard for years.
For Pocket PCs, the iPAQ 4150 and 4530 have both WiFi and Bluetooth too. They're both reviewed on our site. The new iPAQ rx3400 and rx3700 models that will be announced on the 26th will also have dual wireless.
