help conflict palm desktop and palm desktop for clie

can i use the palm desktop for zire 31 with my my clie nx80 ?

Tried installing palm desktop for clie but now both can't work

The two flavors of Palm Desktop have somewhat different features to support the features on each unit. You could sync each to the same destkop installation to accomplish data syncing and backup. You will need to have the driver for each device so you PC can recognize them. The Palm driver is included in the Palm Desktop installer. The Sony driver comes with the Sony Palm Desktop software. If you have both, when your PC says it found new hardware and needs a driver, you could point it to the driver on the CD.
