I have a new Garmin iQue 3600, and everytime I try to access a map I am getting the Fatal Alert message "Memory MGR.c, Line 2621, Chunk over-locked". A soft reset cures the problem until the next time I try to access a map. All other apps work ok. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a file may be corrupted. Have you tried deleting and re-installing the map?

I have been operating my iQue3600 for 9 months without serious problems, but a few days ago I started having the same problem. How can I / could you resolve the problem?

No answer required any more. Just found out that the reason for all this was, that I assigned certain icons (smilie, etc.) to my friends' locations. After removing them (the icons, not my friends ) everything is fine again.
I'm glad my iQue works again, however this is a sign of poor quality in software design!

Thanks for letting us know the fix. Have you sent an email to Garmin letting them know about the bug?
