I really want to be able to connect the PDA to a wired network when necessary to check for jack operation or hub and traffic stats. It would be nice if it checked wires also! I really don?t want to purchase a 1400$ network analyzer and don?t like carting a computer around at the school, big campus.
The only reasonable priced card is the Trendnet 10/100 CF Fast Ethernet Card for CF slot. So I have been leaning toward the Asus MyPAL A716 since it supports two cards SDIO, CF
Does anybody know of another way off doing this and still be able to connect 802.11b when necessary. Does anybody know of any Network analysis software?
Thank You
Tim

For software, check out Cambridge Utilities- ugly web site but great software: http://www.cam.com/windowsce.html . Particularly, their vxUtils and vxSniffer might be useful.
