Infinite Ventures has released Football Director, a sim game that's based on real life soccer clubs and tournies.

"Football Director is the first football management game that allows you to manage a professional football club and control everything from front office to team to game decisions. You trade or release players, send out scouts, offer contracts, train players and so much more! Using your Pocket PC, you compete against other manager/owners in this play-by-play match simulation. As a manager, you build your squad based on old pros, experienced players, or bring up a young midfielder from the Youth Squad. Using actual data of players' performance, you choose your formations, position your players, select your strategies, and take on your opponent for English domestic league and Cup glory (with other leagues to follow)!"
