c/c++ compiler

Hello,
I code in C for windows and gameboy advance and was wondering if this would be possible on pocket pc (ipaq 2215)?
I know that on winXP you can code in C for pocket pc, but what I want is the other way round.
Could you please tell me, are there any C compilers for soding on a pocket pc?
