Best Entry Level PDA for Startup Web Dev Agency
      #15366 - 09/12/04 06:55 AM

I've just launched a web design agency - and my partner, who will be handling the client end, doesn't type.
We don't need a PDA to take pictures or play games or listen to MP3s - no fun required - but we do need to be able to easily gather information in "the field" and transfer it to a Macintosh.
We''ve been looking at the Tungsten E and the Z31 - which are within our price range. It seems like the Z31 is faster, but the E has a better screen?
At any rate, we can't find a review ANYWHERE pitting these two devices against each other.
So if anyone can supply some information, we'd seriously appreciate it.
Amazon is having a $25 rebate thing until tomorrow (we got a gift certificate thing that we're using to pay for it), so we wanna try to get our purchase in before that ends. So we'll keep our fingers crossed on some help coming through
Thanks all.

You've hit the nail on the head-- the Tungsten E screen is much better and has twice the resolution. For this reason, I'd choose it over the Zire 31 if you can afford it.
