Hi,
I recently went on a business trip without taking my laptop. I realized that I didn't have a convenient way to bring all my contacts with me. I am trying to figure out which PDA would help me do this.
Important features: Sync up with outlook Long battery life I would like something with a color screen. It would also be nice to be able to listen to some music.
Do I need additional memory? How important is wireless access? I looked at the Dell Axim x30 and the Palm Tungsten E as I was trying to keep costs under $250-300. What would be a compareable pocketpc pda from compaq or hp?
Any feedback would be great.
Thanks, Jeff

Both HP and Dell are good brands in Pocket PC market. The Dell Axim X30 (low-end models) and the HP 1940 series come within the price range. Have user-replaceable batteries, in case you want to get extended batteries for using on the road. They all can sync with outlook, color screen and play MP3. Read our reviews of these units for more details. palmOne devices don't come with user-replaceable batteries, so you will need to bring a charger on the road. Otherwise, it does everything you need as well.
