Silly question, but do the hinges allow the cover to go 360 degrees and flip behind the axim? Or is it more like a book where it only goes back so far?

It's more like a book and doesn't fold completely flat behind the PDA.

Hmm, Okay - Does you know of any that do flip behind? Hubby is looking for somthing that when open takes up minimal space. A aluminium case is preferable but if it's not available then leather will do.

Since leather is pliable, all leather cases have covers that can fold behind. There may be an aluminum case that also does, but I haven't seen one.
