i request information on configuring the compaq 3900 series pda to our specific need. i am looking at changing the description (fields) given in the contacts menu, and customizing it with the fields that i require. i was told that the existing file can be disabled and a fresh template created in MS excel can be loaded and used. if this is possible, i request information on how to do it and any other tips that i could use for this. thanks in advance!
