Hi (the saga continues ), Dumb question - should the PC sync software (vanilla conduit installed as standard) back up ALL information from the Palm, even if not included on the Hotsync action list? Almost everthing has come back, including settings, but not my todos or memos. I have set Hotsync to Do Nothing for these as I want to keep them on the Palm and not share with Outlook at the office. I still have the Palm back up files (copied to another folder before I started messing about). Is it possible to get my todos & memos back? Thanks, Tim
