Hi, I've had increasing difficulty hotsyncing. I have to try again and again before the bluetooth will work. Today it didn't work at all. My last resort has been to do a hard reset of the T3, and then I get one cradle hotsync, and back to nothing. Today even that didn't work. I did the hard reset, and the one hotsync didn't even finish. I am using an iMac G-5 with Panther OS. I'm about to give up. Mike

You might have to re-install Palm Desktop. Does the problem co-incide with trying to install the Zire 72 Palm Desktop software? I assume the other post was yours.
