Purchased a HP IPAQ 1710 and I cannot get the software to load on my desktop computer. I have an old unit (400 celleron 256 ram but 2 x 60 gig hard drives) running windows 98 SE with Norton Internet security. The software CD gets to the loading of the program and a message flashes by so fast I cannot read it. Then a message comes up member not found. Anyone have any ideas? I am totally frustrated and the HP site seems to have no answers. Thanks in advance!
