You can either get Blutooth GPS or the Mio 168 Pocket PC with built-in GPS receiver. For various navigation software options, read our reviews here:

dear tong zhang,
i interested to get bluetooth gps but from what i read, ipaq 2200 bluetooth having bluetooth connection drop using bluetooth gps, i am not sure this 2200 before or after rom upgrade, currently my ipaq rom version 1.10, bluetooth version 1.4.1 build 60. do you have any records/complain people using ipaq like mine with bluetooth drop?

what would you recommend for gps navigation software, i have narrow down to 3, oncourse navigation/iguidance/pocket map navigator.

thanks in advance for your help.

Of those three packages I like the OnCourse the best. It's newer technology and data, and has some unique features that I have not seen in other packages yet. I don't have an iPAQ h2215 handy to try the BT GPS receiver it ships with however.
