numeric keypad for PDA
      #18988 - 01/31/05 02:36 PM

The latest generation PDA from HP (the hx2750) has the power to replace my laptop. I am very motivated to be free of hauling my laptop with me everywhere but I do a great deal of numerical entry. All of the PDA keyboards I have found have the line of number keys in the top row or, horror, the requirement to hit a Fn key before each number. All of these options are more cumbersome than hauling my laptop. Even on my laptop I use a Targus numerical keypad that slips into a USB port. Are there any similar practical numerical keypad devices that would be usable on the hx2750? Can I adapt my Targus keypad (USB) to the HP hx2750? Are there female USB to male SD or CF card adaptors?
