Are there any viable cards out there for use in a PDA, or is the PDA/phone market squeezing them out?

We have a review of the Sprint CF card on our site (in case you're also considering CDMA) and there are a few CF GSM cards made by folks like Enfora and Audiovox. Those are primarily data-centric solutions.
