Dream package: PDA + GPS + Internet Access + Live Traffic Info

My cell phone plan will soon be expired and it's time to let my Palm retire
I'm planning to buy:
- PDA: Dell Axim X50v or HP ipaq hx 4700
- GPS: Co-pilot live Blue Tooth or Pharos Blue Tooth
- Internet access via blue tooth phone (such as Motorola V600)
- Internet plan: T-mobile $20 monthly unlimited access

Questions:
1. Can the Pocket PC handle more than one blue tooth at the same time?
2. Live Traffic info:
Anyone use Pharos Smart Traffic?
Pharos offers Smart Traffic ($43 - 1 year) for real time live traffic info...

Any other provider ?

Any suggestion will be appreciate?
