hello i'm using iPAQ 4150 and SonyEricsson T610. both of these devices have bluetooth. T610 has GPRS and connects well to the net. how to creat a connection between them so that i can surf the net on my iPAQ via T610 GPRS connections? the setting seems to be very complicated as i'm a new user. really appreciate if someone can tell me the differences between those settings. Select Network? Select Location? Network Card? really confusing.
Go to the Connections tab under Settings. Select "Add a new modem connection". Enter a name for the connection and select Bluetooth for the "select a modem" drop-down. Then it should walk you through finding and pairing the HP to your phone. For the dialup number you'll need to enter the proper one for your carrier (often *99#). If you use T-Mobile or AT&T in the US you won't need to enter a login and password but for Cingular you do.
