Deleting locked HP rz 1715 programs

Hi Everyone!
Got a Christmas gift,must keep it... HP IPAQ rz 1715. I would like to eliminate several un-needed programs and frills to free up internal memory: anyone knows of any 3rd party software that will unlock the internal settings? HP made it impossible. Thank you all much! Carlos

Don't know of a way to delete programs from ROM on Pocket PCs. Only apps and data stored in RAM and on storage cards can be deleted.
