Hello!
Is there any software that will allow me to listen MP3 songs on my T/E without an SD Card?
 Plz advise

You can put the songs in PalmRAMDisk by HandWatch. You can find it here. The RAMDisk and music will take up quite a bit of RAM.

Yes RAM Drive is your best option. You could also use Kinoma or Pocket Tunes, which I think both have tools to convert MP3s to PDBs.
But seriously, why not just get a card? They are cheap and good to have.
