I replaced a Palm IIIe with the Viewsonic in April 04. After about 6 months the power button on the side of the unit became jammed and I got a RMA and sent it back so it could be fixed. Now in June 05 the same thing has happened again and I am disgusted. The print is harder to read then the Palm was and I am at a loss. If I get a new one I don't know which one to get. I am concerned with contact management and windows compatibility. I don't need internet connectivity, phone or camera.
What would you do in this situation?

If you liked Palm OS, check out the Tungsten E and E2, both of which are reviewed on our site. Reasonably priced, with color displays and a great set of features for the price. If you'd like to try another Pocket PC, then check out the the entry level iPAQ rx1715 and the DellAxim X30, both of which are reasonably priced and are reviewed on our site. All these PDAs handle contact management and can sync to Windows and Outlook specifically.
