I am currently doing developement on a motorola i730 phone that does directions(GPS) off a J2ME app that send its coordinates to the net to a ESRI Mapping App hosted on a server.
I want to know if there is a PDA phone or have a list of supported phones that has GPS capablities that can be tied to an application that you can load that sends GPS coordinates to the internet to some server.

Well, here's the deal. You can use an accessory GPS with most any PDA, so that really widens your playing field. For devices with integrated GPS, there's the Garmin iQue Palm and Pocket PC models and the Mitac Mio Pocket PC. All are reviewed on our site. However, Java runtimes aren't included with all PDAs and the owner must often download and (sometimes) purchase one separately.
