My Palm Desktop software no longer opens the address book. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Clie software twice with same result. An attempt to hotsynch just locks up the computer (XP home). Can I get new software? It worked at first, but after a week hotsynching with this new computer, it stopped opening the address book (that is the error message).
