I am looking into the Siemens SX66 from Cingular. It comes with Win Mobile 2003, second gen. I use my current PDA with a pdf viewer. The Adobe folks state their viewer for the Win 2003 version requires 64M RAM which the Siemens has 128M, no problem. It also requires 16M 'Hard Disk Space'. The Siemens states it has 64M of flash ROM, with 14.5M available for personal use. Does this mean I would need to run the Adobe program on an extended memory card?
Sounds like you got the tech requirements for the desktop version of Acrobat Reader, not the Windows Mobile Pocket PC version. The Pocket PC version takes about 6 megs of space- and will run just fine on the SX66 and you can install it to RAM or the flash ROM area.
