TheCorePortableMediaPlayer--- use with Tungsten E2?

Hello.

I'm new to this forum and am looking for help with the following:

1. I've read about the TCPMP software and how it is an excellent video player. I tried the newest version and I hear no sound on MP4 videos. What's up?

2. I read that there is a BetaPlayer that works the same way as the TCPMP software but doesn't have the same sound problems. Where can I find it?

3. What kind of software on my PC will I need to convert my old home movie videos to a format I can watch with BetaPlayer or TCPMP?

I believe that the MP4 audio decoder was removed from the latest beta of TCPMP for legal reasons.

BetaPlayer is an earlier version of TCPMP that is only available for PocketPC.

I'm not a Windows user, but there are many, many options for converting video files.
