I'm a Dell Axim x50v user and I don't know how convert my data from my old Palm Desktop to Microsoft Outlook organizer used by Dell Axim. Is there any other organizer that could do it for me?

If you still have the Palm, you could change it to sync to Outlook, thereby getting your data into Outlook. You might have to download a new version of Palm Desktop (it's free) to do this.
